This is an average, solid wood European factory double bass that might just get more interesting for the right musician with it's bolt-on neck modification.
It's pretty much the exuberant color you see here, but could be easily updated by your roadie - hot rod flames perhaps? Solid wood with the ease of packability at this price point is super rare - maybe not the most elegant, but this bass belongs in somebody's quiver!
