Randall RG170ES (Century) 150-Watt Monster!

Up for sale is this monster Randall RG 170 ES made in 1991. Very few pieces were made by Randall USA (number 29), and this is actually a pre-Century 170/200 (same preamp circuit) that was used on Pantera’s Vulgar Display of Power and Far Beyond Driven.

This is a monster amp and everything works great, although i've done a few mods to made it sound like a true Century.

1) The clean channel is removed, because on these models there was a bleed through the gain channel (same like Century 170/200), but on Century II 170/200 this is fixed. So this amp works as intended!

2) The reverb tank works, but i have removed it, although the knob has to be on 0 to sound properly!

3) Cleaned pots, serviced, new op-amps.... and works like a charm!

On my youtube videos, i'm boosting only with a TS mini in front of the amp and a BBE sonic stomp that is on send/return. This is a monster of an amp and the sound with the 4x12 cab can't be judged through a phone.

Just in case someone asks, i'm also using a splitter for both channels into 1, because combining the low and high inputs sound better in my ears.
