Easy to install and remove, without damaging your bridge. Preamp provides volume, bass and treble control. In original box, belt clip is provided. Powered by a 9 volt battery. The cord for the transducer was spliced at some time prior to me owning it, but was professionally reattached and was covered with shrink tubing, and does not affect the performance in any way.
