Fender 12-string F-80-12 1976 solid top spruce / rosewood acoustic Dreadnought

This is a Fender 12-string Acoustic guitar model F-80-12 from aprox 1976-1978 with solid spruce top. This full size Dreadnought was the top of the line for Fender 12-strings in the late 1970's 1975-1980. It has a solid spruce top and rosewood back and sides. Snowflake bridge inlays and position markers along the rosewood fingerboard. Simulated abalone binding and sound hole inlay. Rosewood bridge. Mahogany neck. Abalone FENDER headstock inlay. Fully adjustable truss rod. individually enclosed machine heads. 20 frets, 25 1/2" scale, 42" long and 15 5/8" wide 4 7/8" deep.

All frets tested and play clean with no buzzing.


String height measured at the 12th fret to be:

Low E 5/64 of an inch (.0785) gap between fret and bottom of string.

High e 11/128 of an inch (.0850) gap between fret and bottom of string.




Scratches and marks throughout. There is a burn mark on one spot to the binding. I believe all parts to be original. I picked this up from an estate sale around 3 years ago. I polished it, cleaned up the fretboard and did a full setup on it about 1 year ago. Resonates fantastic and bright. I am moving and need to downsize my collection. Comes with Vintage epiphone case added protection for shipping but nothing special.
