Fender Telecasters have always been considered "player's guitars" and this Telecaster Elite is something of the alpha dog amongst the breed. This 2017 Elite takes everything that's great about a regular Tele and adds tweaks and enhancements to make a good thing even better.

First off, it's a real looker with its maple neck and aged cherry sunburst finished alder body. It's a contemporary yet timeless look. Next, player-friendly features such as a six-saddle bridge, compound fingerboard radius, locking tuners, S-1 switching, and Noiseless pickups make it suitable for both stage and studio. There's not much you can't do with this Tele.

Weighing in a 7.7 lb., this one shows a bit of play wear. The frets show minimal wear or flattening but, there's some dings, impressions and light clear coat scratching. There are also two fair sized chips on the rear of the body (see photos). Overall, the guitar presents well and there's nothing super heavy or extremely ugly in the way of wear or damage.

This one twangs, sings and punches with the best of them! Super nice guitar!
