For sale is a 12 string Partscaster that I assembled in 2018.
The body is hard ash from Rosser guitars, which was (rightfully) very heavy- I chambered both sides of the body for weight relief. There is a hand-cut steel pickguard covering these routes and also the upper horn pickup selector switch route. The body was originally routed for humbuckers, and those routes are still there (if you ever wanted to cut a new pickguard and reconfigure the pickups). Body was sprayed with rattlecan splatter. It has a Gotoh 12 string bridge which I have enjoyed over other 12 string bridges. 500k volume and tone controls, with a treble bleed installed on the volume pot. A single Seymour Duncan lipstick pickup is attached to the guard using a brass telecaster plate. There’s also a Barefoot button on the volume knob. Steel neck plate and steel neck screws. Neck is from Warmoth, it is roasted maple, Fatback (baseball bat) profile, with stainless steel 6150 frets and two sets of Sperzel locking tuners. Headstock decorated with paint pens and sharpie. The hand-cut pickguard is a little rough, I used tin snips to cut it by hand and then sanded it down with a Dremel. In the years that I have owned it I have not had any issues with the pickguard, but again, if desired you could always cut a new one using the existing guard as a template. The rear plates were also fabricated by myself. Currently strung with D’Addario 12 string set after a fresh rewire of the electronics. I am offering free shipping in the USA if bought at my asking price. Sold As-Is due to the handmade nature of the guitar. I back the gear I assemble.
