Mu-Tron Bi-Phase with 2-button footswitch – original

This is the winner, and still undisputed champion, of the phasing world. Two things to know about this kick-A effects device:

• (1) It's a tank – heavy, solidly built and secure. It's going to stay where you put it. It's a full adult portion, not a pedalboard afterthought or scaled-down reissue.
  
• (2) Its versatility is through the roof. Multiple phasors, used individually or blended, gives you virtually unlimited tonal control. It provides an additional great element, from subtle to in-your-face, for your guitar, bass or keyboard sound. 
  

 This particular one has a small scratch or two (see pictures), but after four decades it's in spectacular condition – cosmetically AND functionally.  Two independent 6-stage phasor circuits, two sweep generators (oscillators), and a number of unique additional controls allow maximum flexibility in generating a variety of phasing effects. There's an integrated socket on the bottom, so you can use it raised above floor-level on a mic stand – in case you're tired of bending way over to the floor to make fine-tuning tone adjustments in mid-number.
 This unit comes to you with an original two-switch foot pedal, for changing tone on the fly. We'll also include a printout of the .pdf owner's manual, which discusses all the tonal possibilities and provides illustrations of suggested settings to get you started. One of the knobs is a little loose on the shaft, but that should only be a problem if you plan to use the device upside-down.
