This is a very rare Klemt Echolette M100 head. I've read that less than 100 of these were made, they are certainly less common than the M40. This is a four-channel "hybrid" amp with tube preamps for each channel, then master treble, bass, and volume pots with solid-state power output. This amp is in amazing, pristine condition, original transformers and I believe the original tubes, they are definitely vintage Telefunken tubes which are worth quite a bit on their own.
Included with this amp is the extremely rare and sought-after Echolette case/stand. The original Echolette heads and tape echos will slide into the case, it includes panels for the front and back, one of which has the amazing metal art deco Echolette logo. The case includes all four legs and all panels. The tolex on the panel to cover the amp is peeling up but could easily be repaired. I stored and displayed the amp and case without this panel in use.
I'm also including the original 3-pin to RCA with 1/4 adapter, 3-pin patch cable, and original power cable with US adapter. The amp has voltage switches in the back and is currently set to 110v for use in the States. It has ohm output switching for multiple ohm settings on the back as well.
As you can see in the video, the amp sounds amazing (it's running through a 2x12" cabinet in the video). The pots are a little scratchy but nothing a shot of contact cleaner won't fix. I can't believe how will this amp works and sounds for its age. Please keep in mind that it is very old and entirely original, so it may need regular service. It is sold as-is and even with excellent packing may need servicing/repairs after shipping.
I'm also open to local pickup in Louisville, Kentucky.
