This harness is a full replacement for any Gibson or Epiphone ES175.  This kit may not fit other ES175 type copies.  If you are not sure send me an email with your brand, year and model number.

Completely hand made pre-assembled kit with instructions, wiring diagrams and my support. Ready for you to drop in your guitar.  Every part is individually tested for value and tolerances. You want find a better kit.

Features:
• Bourns PDA241 Series 500K Vintage-Style Potentiometers.  Short-Split Shaft – Audio Taper – 15% Tolerance.  Design specifically for use in guitars.  Brass bushing with metal shaft.  Long Life Carbon Element. Each pot comes with nut and dress washer.
• Vintage K42Y-2 Paper-In-Oil Russian .022uf Tone Capacitors for Great 50's Tone
• Switchcraft 3-Way Short Straight Toggle Switch and 1/4 Output Jack for Solid Connections
• Vintage 22awg Braided Cloth Push Back wiring all wrapped with high quality shrink insulation tubing
• Vintage 50's wiring for that Great Tone Quality
• Assembly Template.  Note these templates do not get installed in your guitar.  Only used to assure correct measurement when building, shipping protection and makes your part of the project work easier!

• 4 – Bourns 500K Potentiometers - Short-Split-Shaft, Audio Taper
• 1 – Switchcraft 3-Way Short Toggle Switch with black tip
• 1 - Vintage 22awg Braided Cloth Push Back wiring all wrapped high quality             shrink Insulation
• 2 – K42Y-2 PIO Vintage NOS Russian .022uf  Tone Caps
• 1 – Switchcraft ¼ inch Output Jack
• 1 – Assembly Template Hard Board

  (All assembled except for final hook up of Pickups connections and grounds)

I personally prefer Bourns Potentiometers over all other brands including CTS. I have found them to to be smoother and longer lasting.

Harness comes with clear instructions and an easy to read wiring diagram

Note: If you have an imported guitar (e.g. Japan, China, etc.)  you may need to modify the potentiometer holes to 3/8 inch to accommodate the Bourns bushings.  Knobs may also need to be modified so please measure before you order.  Email me with questions.

Although these harnesses are pre-assembled and tested they do require some soldering to connect the pickups and ground wire. Make sure you are comfortable with making these connections or we suggest you take this to a qualified guitar tech to complete the installation.

Each harness is assembled after purchase so my lead time to build your harness before shipping is 3 to 8 business days.  I will send you an email once your unit is shipped.
