1983-1994 Squier Stratocaster SQ Series Black “Johnny” MIJ Fujigen Japan 3 Bolt Neck Large 70’s Headstock
Guitar is in very good condition overall. All electronics work as intended. Neck is straight, truss rod works and frets have plenty of life left. Guitar has a metal pickguard and headstock was painted over as well as body of guitar has had some artwork added. Is that David Allan Coe?
This guitar has a 3 bolt neck plate and large headstock reminiscent of the 1970’s Fender models. I didn’t see any model number stamped on neck pocket of body or back of neck so I’m unsure what model this is.
After some online research I believe that these are the specs for this guitar (specs may vary):

FENDER SAYS
Bred for great Performances. The new Squier Stratocaster faithfully captures the sound and spirit of the world's most popular electric guitar - an instrument that has reigned unchanged since its introduction almost three decades ago. The three single coil pickups, the fast action, the sensuous body shape, and the ringing, knife-edged sound - all are inspired by the immortal Stratocaster. Modern touches include the larger headstock, three bolt neck attachment, and an updated 5-position switch that allows selecting the middle pickup in combination with either the bridge or neck pickup.
With a body shaped of solid select hardwoods finished in gleaming black or white, and your choice of classic Maple or Rosewood fretboard, a Squier Stratocaster is an instrument that anybody from student to professional can play with pride.
No gig bag or case but guitar will be packed safely and shipped quickly.
