This will need a neck reset to play properly. Right now you can play up to about the 7th fret with little problem. I bought this with the idea of rehabilitating it. The neck had sunk in at the sound hole. I was able to correct this but discovered that wasn’t all it would need. I really don’t have the time or, frankly, the inclination to do a reset right now. But this guitar is gorgeous, sounds great and will make someone very happy when all is said and done. This was a top end Guild back in the day. Ebony board, Rosewood back and sides. Really sweet. If you’ve got the time and skills or about $400 for the reset you’ll be the owner if a $1500 guitar. Comes with aftermarket hard case.
