Got these pickups with my American Professional II Stratocaster and decided to try a different set of pickups for rock.
They are in mint condition, what you see in the picture is what you get. Plastic film is still on pickguard and backplate.
The bridge pickup can be split via the push pull tone knob. Below is the info per the fender site:
