This MIDI box does one function very well, but with a welcomed twist. There are 2 MIDI inputs, and 2 sets of 4 mIDI thru outputs that can be connected to the inputs in a variety of ways.
You can: Connect 1 input to all 8 outputs. Or switch and use the other input to drive the 8 outputs.
Or you can use both inputs to drive 4 outputs each, or switch inputs and drive the other 4 outputs.
Or you can disconnect either or both sets of 4 outputs from MIDI by blocking the signal altogether.
The unit is driven by a DC 12v (which is included ). However, it may not be black as pictured.
