I bought this horn new in 2008. Czechia must be the new name for The Czech Republic. That's what it was called when this horn was made there and I bought it through WWBW. As such, it was less expensive to own than any comparable Yamaha, Yanigasawa, Selmer or even the Mauriat or Cannonball. This horn has a big full sound and is remarkably well made. I have kept it in as pristine condition as is possible while using it for years in rock and funk bands and my local big band. It is fast and responsive and has always been and is presently in perfect playing condition. As you can see from the photos, it has zero dents and scratches and the lacquer is perfect but for a few water spots along the left side of the bell. It mates well with just about any good mouthpiece. I have used a 40 dollar Rico Metallite 7M on it for years that sounds like a million bucks. It's a big horn in a big zippered Protec case and will probably run to 200 or more dollars to ship it. The 333 shipping estimate is from Reverb's estimator. Shipping will be on the buyer but I will guarantee it gets to you undamaged. I know how to cork down the keys and pack it so that it will. This is the perfect bari for the pro who wants a clean solid bari for a double, an aspiring student player who wants something better than the school owned beater or any school looking for a great deal on a ready-to-play replacement.
