This Masterbuilt Stratocaster Hardtail from Todd Krause with Custom Artwork from renowned West Coast Artist, Troy Lee is truly a piece of art. The “Lo Rider Strat” was featured in Fender’s 2010 Custom Shop Calendar and leans on the custom finishes of Lo Rider craze from the 1970's. Masterbuilt by Todd Krause and finished by Troy Lee Designs, every inch of the body is covered with eye-catching design, whether it be the fine sparkle in the creamy white sides, the insane lace looking artwork sprayed over the sides, the scale-like texture on the design by the bridge or the "Endless Pipes", this is just an endlessly cool instrument with a one of a kind finish. The 69 U Shaped Maple neck sports a large Headstock, 7.25" radius and Jumbo frets for easy bends. It's a Hardtail Strat which not only makes sense for the time period this guitar represents but it also allowed for more surface area for Troy to do his thing! This Used Fender Custom Shop Todd Krause Masterbuilt Low Rider Stratocaster Troy Lee Designs is here on consignment. This guitar was purchased and preserved by a private collector. The body has some weather checking on it as does the headstock, which is normal for nitro finishes. The neck is straight, the frets are still crowned, and the truss rod is functioning properly. Included with this one of a kind guitar is the original hard-shell case lined with purple fur interior, certificate of authenticity, case candy, and 2010 Fender Custom Shop Calendar.
