A fantastic sounding instrument! A traditionally shaped steel body, single-cone resonator guitar with a mahogany neck that meets the body at the 12th fret, ivoroid bound rosewood fretboard, dot markers with National shield logo on slotted headstock with open gear 3-on-a-plate tuners. Overall in great shape with a few nicks to the headstock, neck and some light scratches to the body--I tried to capture these in the pics. The finish on this guitar is quite eye catching. There is a tiny gap where the neck meets the body, I had this checked out, it does not affect the instrument or playability. Hardshell case included.
I purchased this guitar from the amazing Spruce Tree Music in Madison, WI in 2012. I have primarily used it for slide, though it also works great for fretting. I hate to let this go, it is such a joy to play, but I need to free up some cash. Please feel free to ask any questions and thanks for looking!
