Eko 100 ca. 1964 Sunburst owned by Peter "Overend Watts" Bass player of Mott The Hoople
Very Nice Eko 100 with Hofner Sliding 2 Pu Plate. This guitar has all original parts.
Guitar has scratches and dings throughout. Laminate Mahogany back and sides with Spruce top.
5 piece rosewood neck and rosewood fingerboard with frets still in good shape.
The body has many finish cracks and appears to have no cracks through the wood. The headstock has a small separation crack at the very tip top. (see photo)
This guitar plays great and sounds amazing. A real joy and fun to play this guitar.
Lots of tonal range with the sliding PUs. All Electronics working good and sounding great.
This guitar comes with a very nice high end padded case from protectionracket. These are exceptional cases!
I'm sure 'Overend Watts" loved playing this fine Italian made instrument.
