Eddie Alkire 10 String E Harp 1948 White

For sale is a 1948 Eddie Alkire 10 string E Harp with hardshell case that was made for it. This eharp is in overall good working condition for the age. As pictured, some of the binding has come away from the body and the plastic frame around the pickup has cracked. I plugged it into an amp and the smaller volume knob worked and I was able to get great sounds out of it however, with my limited knowledge on working this, I am unsure as to whether or not the tone knob works. I am selling this at a great price because of the binding issue and the cracked pickup frame, even though it does not effect playability at all. I cannot guarantee that the strings will not break upon delivery gling through the mail as these strings are pretty old. Get it while you can as this is a rare piece of music history!
