Outfitted with a Sitka spruce top and mahogany back, this Signature projects like an archtop unplugged and has a warmth and woody openness plugged in that lends itself just as well to clean playing as it does to ripping overdrive. The Lollar Staple P90s are a slightly sweeter sounding P90 than your traditional steel pole P90, lending chime and top-end sweetness with more note separation and clarity. Put all these things together and you've got an incredibly versatile instrument that is as at home doing jazz or rockabilly as it is heavy blues or rock 'n roll.
