This late '60s/early '70s Aria Diamond 1362-G hollowbody is a quality Japanese made ES-175 type. Unlike most other Arias, this one has a set neck and is a legit jazz box! It has a rich unplugged sound and also sounds great plugged in. The full-hollow body is constructed with a spruce top and maple back and sides, and a set maple neck with block inlaid rosewood fingerboard. The loaded humbuckers appear to be similar the Hofner staple types. The rosewood base bridge is topped with what appears to be a newer gold roller type bridge, and the tailpiece may not be an Aria tailpiece, but matches the guitar well. Replacement locking Sperzel tuners as well.
This guitar is in good condition for its age, it does have a couple scattered finish checks, and some normal surface swirling, but not too many dings! The tuner replacement caused some finish chipping on the headstock and the screw holes are visible. The pickup platings are also worn. Otherwise, the neck is straight and the action is medium-low with room on the bridge to lower more if you want! Only minor fret wear. It's a nice playable piece with only a couple bruises.
