This custom 2007 Hamer Newport was ordered sans F-holes and with a thick soft 'V' neck (see measurements below). The pickups are Seymour Duncan Phat Cats with Alnico 2 magnets with chrome covers, providing a thick P-90 type sound. Hardware includes a stop-tailpiece, a tune-o-matic style bridge and Schaller tuners, all in chrome. Controls are a single volume and tone, plus a 3-position pickup selector switch.
As you can see from the pictures the guitar is in excellent condition, basically like new with no obvious play wear on the frets or elsewhere. It has been expertly set up and thoroughly checked by our world-class luthier. This true one-of-a-kind Hamer Newport comes in its original case with warranty card and truss wrench.
