The Sigma 000R-42 acoustic guitar is a serious instrument. Rich and balanced, sweet and articulate with a warm bass.
Inspired by the Martin 000-42, Sigma’s attention to detail has faithfully reproduced the classic & ornate 000 body of the original at a mere fraction of the cost, but it doesn’t end there. The instrument doesn’t only look great, it sounds incredible too.
The solid Sitka spruce & rosewood back & sides on a 000 body translates into a tone with a broad dynamic range. Basically, the best of everything, a smaller body with a bigger tone while remaining accurate & clear.
The Indian rosewood board & beautiful abalone inlays look stunning & the top end, open vintage style Grover machine heads are fantastic also.
