This oddly named box is a really cool funky tremolo and reverb unit from the 70's. The tremolo is really cool and percussive. The reverb is more subtle than a Fender Unit, but still very cool and usable. The "echo" setting, from what I can tell, is just the reverb running through the tremolo, not unlike a Fender Blackface amp. I included a youtube link. It's not my video, but my unit sounds pretty much the same as the one in his video.
This unit is 100% functional and is in excellent physical condition.
