Super cool, amazing 1979 LEFTY Guild B-302 bass made in USA!

Bass is in very good condition overall. All parts are original. There are a few nicks, dings, dents & scratches showing it’s 42 years of age but all electronics work as intended and this bass sounds and feels amazing!

Frets are clean and polished and rosewood fingerboard has been oiled. Truss rod works and neck is straight. Bass has been set up and intonated but may need further adjustments as the G string buzzed when played open; it really depends on how hard you hit it. I think the G string slot on the nut may have worn down over the years and may benefit from a new replacement. Otherwise the bass plays well all up and down the neck. SEE VIDEO DEMO

Bass is equipped with 2 single coil Guild pickups, a 3 way pickup selector switch, and individual volume and tone controls for each pickup. Everything works as intended.

I believe this is a Mahogany body and neck with rosewood fingerboard. Nut width is approximately 1 5/8” (40mm). Neck profile feels more closely related to a chunky Precision bass than a thin Jazz bass neck. Pickups have nice full output and good tonal range from the controls. Bass really feels great and looks and sounds amazing.

Bass weighs approximately 9 lbs 2 ounces on my scale.

Bass comes with a gig bag.

This is a pre owned bass that will show some wear commensurate of age and use. There are dings, dents, scratches, etc but overall the condition is very good.
