This is a DRRI that, according to the PO, was sent to one of the companies that replaces the PCB with a hand-wired turret board. I can not verify which company, so I will not say who he said it was sent to, but the work is beautiful and top-notch. Extremely well organized wiring.
I bought the amp a decade ago as the back-up for my vintage '75. It is in perfect operating condition and is pretty much flawless, cosmetically. Always kept inside my smoke-free home when not playing it. I am approaching 70 and don't hardly play out anymore so I am downsizing.
-The company that converted the amp used all carbon-comp resistors except in the doghouse and the grid resistors, which are metal film. All the new wiring is cloth-covered. The wiring from the original transformers, which they leave in, is the original rubber/plastic. The reverb send and return are back to RCA's.
-The Tremolo Cut-Switch Mod was added during the conversion. You turn the intensity knob a 'click' to the left and it disconnects the Tremolo circuit which boosts the guitar signal a bit because the tremolo intensity pot places a load on the guitar audio signal.
-I added the Tilt Legs and did a good job. The amp sits square on them and I find them very handy for helping me keep my volume down. Having a Deluxe pointing at your head has that effect. :)
-Wheat-colored grill cloth. No logo.
-No foot switch supplied and it takes the newer 1/4" one.
-The cover must not be the original, as it has some serious wear in a couple places that do not show on the amp at all. The left and right upper-back and under a couple of the front knobs are the most noticeable areas of wear on the cover.
-This is NOT the newer '64 Custom Deluxe Reverb that is hand-wired.
Good solid amp in good, working order. Sounds great and will serve you well. Easy to work on if something goes amiss.
