The guitar is in excellent condition. You can see signs of use on the finish, in the right light, but other than that I'd say it looks almost new. It stays in the case when not being played. Smoke free home. I have found no damage on the body or neck. The top is solid cedar. The back and sides are rosewood and the trim, I believe, is walnut. Beautiful sounding guitar. I had a set of Pro-Arté EJ45 strings put on a couple of months ago. Please ask any questions you need to know. Feel free to request more photos as well. Hopefully I can find some way to date it. I'm pretty sure it was made within the last two or three years.
