Lovely horn in very nice condition for its ages. One of the earlier models with the mother of pearl inlays as they changed after q.few years to the black plastic.
I believe it is the first Yamaha sax to have a fully moulded case for if. Case is pristine.
The YTS-61 was originally loved by tinkerers because it allowed for alot of adjustment on the action and this has allowed this horn to keep playing smoothly for years with many more year left in it.
There is a slight ding on the bell and one of the crook. Neither of which affect playing. There is some tarnishing on the main body of the horn around where the hand and strap go but is fairly contained given the age.
