Takamine's Elite series was inspired by the Gibson Hummingbird & Dove models. This one was made in 1975 in Japan, and is in fantastic condition for its age. Has typical small blemishes here and there, most notable damage is a scratch on the back. Minor fretwear on first couple of frets, but nothing that causes any buzzing or plinking. Still good life left in them. White binding has yellowed with age. Very light finish checking on back of neck; hardly felt when playing. Please review the pictures carefully.
Sounds great, and plays easily with a straight neck and low action. Features an adjustment bridge.
