Gibson Custom Shop Brazilian 1959 Les Paul CME Limited Edition 2017 Sonoran Fade

Here is a 2017 Limited Edition Les Paul Standard Reissue with Brazilian rosewood fretboard with 1959 Reissue specifications as special ordered by Chicago Music Exchange.

It features a beautiful Sonoran Fade finish with a nice maple top with wide flames. Weight is really nice at 8lbs 7oz and the guitar is well balanced and resonant. The Brazilian board is really amazing on this one. Super dark and wavy ribbon wood grain. I increased the exposure in some photos to see the grain but it looks closer to ebony in natural light.

It has been in my personal collection and case stored. Playing time was minmal with no fret wear or damage.
