Comes with charger. All sounds and parameters work perfectly. Only significant issue is the power switch doesn‘t function (when you plug device in it automatically turns on and powers off when unplugged). Some minor cosmetic wear on white paint for some knobs (see pictures). Otherwise it is in tip top shape.
