If your guitar has been damaged it is not from me the seller, but happens en route by the shipper, who is responsible to deliver the package undamaged.

You are entitled to make a legal claim from the shipper about such damages.

The seller is not responsible for such damages, and does not accept ‘returns’ from the buyer based upon damages during shipping.
