This is a baritone uke marked THE GLOBE REGISTERED, made in St. Charles, IL, near Chicago in the '30s, I think.  Measures 28-1/2" x 9-7/8" at lower bout, 19" scale. Solid mahogany top and neck, 3-ply mahogany sides and back, rosewood fingerboard and bridge. All original with a new nut and saddle, and D'Addario 28-35 strings. No cracks, loose seams or other repairs; few scuffs, otherwise very nice condition. Low action, nice tone. Original chipboard case.
