Soundcraft Ghost 24 - 8 Bus with Meter Bridge and Midi & Control Center

Here it is: the legendary analogue British console, with 24 classic ghost mic pres and sweet, musical EQ that this desk is known for! These are becoming increasingly hard to find (I googled and did not see any for sale with the meter bridge). This is the version that includes MIDI control. This is perfect console for multitrack recording, with inline mic/line and tape returns for each channel. Don't have a multitrack tape machine? Inject some analogue warmth and goodness in your DAW recordings - either on the frontend, or for final mix/summing.. or all of it! Good analogue outboard mic pres and EQs can cost as much as this console for just one channel (!).. with this, you get 24!! 

I'm pretty sad to even sell it, as I do have a 16 channel analog tape machine that I use this to record and playback through. But, alas, my studio is moving to a new, smaller location and I need to downsize. 

Condition:
This board has been well taken care of and in regular use as of about a week ago. Cosmetically, I would say it is "Excellent". With just a few minor surface scuffs in a spot or two on the sides. Operations-wise - all channels, connections, EQ all work well, with the exception of the mic input on channel 17. The tape input and channel controls all still work with a tape input level. Also, the fader switch is missing on that channel as well (pictured). And being as this board is from 1996, several of the pots are a little scratchy.. but, clean up after rotating back and forth a few times. Because of the one mic pre being out and some scratchiness with the pots, I rate this as in "Good" condition. If it not for those couple things, I would have rated it as "Excellent". The meter bridge I purchased from Creation Audio Labs about a year ago, and it works perfectly. 

I have listed this as Local Pickup only, but I'd be willing to ship at buyer's expense and coordination (I've never shipped through freight before, so I just don't know where to begin for that.. but, hey, if you do and you really want this... it's cool with me :)).
