Description: Although Acoustic was mainly known for producing amplifiers, for one year in 1972 they produced a run of guitars called the Black Widow. Most of these were made in Japan, however, diehard collectors know that the last 200 were produced by Mosrite of California. They remind me of the Mosrite 350 models. Very similar to a Les Paul though unlike earlier Mosrites. Because of how rare these Mosrite made Black Widows are it may be the only one you see on Reverb for a while.
Condition: The body has typical dings and scratches around it. The upper top of the bridge has wear in the plating. The headstock has a few dings and two small chips. The Planet Wave tuners are not original. The lower frets were crowned at some point and have no string divots in them.
