The foam in the case is dry rotten. This was powered on and no further
testing was done. This console came from a working environment, it has scratches,
marks and cosmetic blemishes from normal use and age.

We provide free local pick up and we ship via UPS GROUND to the 48 contiguous states on most items. (This does not include AK, HI, PR or the Virgin Islands). We offer great shipping rates to those states and territories as well as to all Caribbean Islands, (etc.) We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. For our international shipping, the fee we have listed, is just an estimate. The final shipping fee will be given after the transaction has been completed. Regular shipments will take between 3-5 days and freight shipments will take between 3-7 days from our warehouse. If you're order is being sent via freight to your residential address there's a $45 fee and if you require a lift gate there's a fee of $55 in addition to your shipping fee. All local duties, taxes and charges are not included in the sale price or shipping fee and TRUE HEART SOUND is not responsible for any taxes, duties, customs or brokerage fees applied by the destination country outside of NY, FL or the US. Lastly, Items that are being sold AS IS OR AS PARTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We work diligently to ensure that your order arrives with in a timely manner. Please understand that some factors such as weather, high postal traffic and the performance of the shipping companies are outside of our control.

RETURN INFORMATION
After receiving the item, buyer should contact us within 3-4 days with any problems. Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as, all included items. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. Depending on availability, we will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 3-4 day period. Partial refund is also available if buyer choose to keep item and repair it themselves. WE HAVE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. Filing a claim should be reserved as a last resort to solving an issue. Please give us a chance to solve any issues that you may have for any reason before leaving feedback.
