From the Golden Age of Japanese guitar building, this guitar is obviously taking it's cues from  florentine cutaway L5's.
1970's Chaki hand carved spruce top and carved and graduated book-matched flame maple back archtop with a full sized Seth Lover pick up installed.
This guitar has a nice snap.  The notes "pop" and this would be a great combo guitar.
Truss rod is great, neck angle is fine, has smooth-acting vintage Grover Rotomatics tuners. 
With a canvas covered Gator case which fits perfectly.
Condition is very good for an almost 50 year old guitar.  Small scratches and dings but over all in very good player's condition.
