This is it: the big one, the glam slam, the most sought-after production model from Kramer post 1984. The Nightswan was Vivian Campbell's signature guitar on the Kramer brand, and one of the most innovative models that came out of the brand during their later years: it was the only bolt-on guitar sold in the west with 24 frets, it had a unique fret marker style, used the Gibson scale length and featured a unique bridge-middle HH pickup configuration. The bridge pickup is Campbell's new signature pickup at the time, the Seymour Duncan Full Shred, the middle pickup the venerable Seymour Duncan JB.
This guitar was made by ESP in Japan and finished by Kramer in New Jersey. From its creation to the final demise of the company, it was considered the top of the line for Kramer except for the neck-through Stagemaster models. The equally nice but more pedestrian-looking ProAxe was introduced at the very end of the company's life, ostensibly to replace the Nightswan (for whom royalties had to be paid to Campbell), but to no avail: at the time the company went under, the Nightswan and the Stagemaster were their longest-selling American model; today they are probably the most sought-after models from this era on the used market.
I otherwise believe the guitar to be in great playing condition. Even so, this guitar is naturally sold as-described.

This guitar features the classic lightning finish. This was a specialty of the Texas luthier Buddy Blaze, that would eventually be featured prominently on Dimebag Darrell's guitars. Apparently the estates of one of them hold the rights to the finish (depending on whom you ask),

The finish on this has a number of cracks in the clear coat, which has also been chipped away at one place. Connosieurs will recognize this as pretty standard for this particular finish, where the clear coat is supposed to have been added too soon, before the painting underneath had dried properly. This is, in other words, a fairly common situation. The finish appears stable as it is now, and a future owner could either stabilize it by adding another layer of clear coat, try to replace the old one (at your own risk!), or leave it as it is for added mojo. Beyond this, a previous owner has added a tremolo stabilizer. I would not have kept this on my own guitar, but I am going to leave it on this one for the next owner to decide.
The guitar is going to be shipped in an authentic Kramer case (see photos) that is in good condition for a 30+ y/o case.
