Ok, so this sale is not something I am choosing to do, but rather am forced to. As such, I would really appreciate realistic offers. This amp is superb and its condition is amazing. When I first got it, I heard something less than pleasing from the amp on the dirty channel and found that there was one pre-amp tube that sounded off. I replaced it and was delivered a Dumble style amp on steroids with tone for days.
Full disclosure, the first person who purchased this amp returned it as the Mid boost function had failed. My local amp tech said that the relay, used to switch the Mid-boost on and off, had actually fallen off. He's since re-attached it and it's working perfectly. I love this amp, sad that I have to sell it twice, having it back again made me even more sad about having to sell it in the first place. Any way, if you're the new owner of this amp I hope you'll love it as much as I have.
The amp does super clean, point of breakup, over-driven, to insane gain all in one place. The link I've included shows Eric Gales shredding on the same type of amp and highlights a lot of the different tones of which this thing is capable. Of course, being Eric Gales helps quite a lot to sounding that good, but I felt I sounded pretty good through it haha.
The amp is $4295 new, and they're quite hard to come by now. I see no marks or issues with the amp head, casing or Tolex. It works perfectly. When you receive it, you'll be super happy with its condition as I've never used it outside of my home. Thanks for looking!
