The Holton H379 Intermediate French Horn is an artist-quality double-horn with similar playing characteristics to the Farkas H179 horn. It's competitively priced and boasts a .468-inch bore combined with a 12.25-inch large throat nickel silver bell that produces a dark tone with good projection.
Its hand-fitted rotary valves provide quick and smooth playing and the hard nickel silver of the instrument gives it a bright and highly responsive tone.
