The Ibanez line of folk instruments combines classic craftsmanship and sophisticated modern technology to produce instruments of quality and integrity that create the traditional sounds of American folk music. The M700AVS is a beautiful arch top F-Style Mandolin with a Solid Spruce top and Solid Flamed Maple back and sides. The superior all-solid wood construction affords a richer, fuller tone and improves volume and projection. A favorite with Bluegrass players, the fancy Florentine F-Style instrument produces a chunkier sound and is often described as having a popping “chop” that punches up rhythm chords and supports clear, robust single –string lead lines. Features also include a Rosewood fretboard, a Rosewood pickguard, gold open gear tuners and a lush Antique Violin Sunburst finish.
