The AS-F2 is a remarkable achievement in terms of engineering. It combines the bass output and high sound pressure level output of pro audio speakers, with the refinement and sound quality of audiophile speakers, all at an extremely competitive price. Designing a quality speaker system isn't difficult when the sky's the limit for price, but given the aggressive goals of the athena team, the engineering staff had their hands full.
