Oxfuzz II Germanium in excellent condition. I ordered this pedal from Ken (the builder) in August of 2012. I told him that I wanted something close to Stevie Ray Vaughan's fuzz tone heard on his '89 Austin City Limits performance. Since Stevie was using a germanium Fuzz Face then, Ken built this Oxfuzz using rare 2N404 transistors from 1962. These have a killer tone and clean up nicely with the guitar's volume knob. Picture 3 is a close up of the circuit board with a red arrow I added pointing at the "2N404" on one of the transistors. The unit runs on a 9V battery as any good Fuzz Face clone should.
Velcro has never been applied to the bottom of the pedal. Original box and case candy are included. The pedal will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions!
From the manufacturer:
"Big, open and deep best describes this OX. External bias knob lets you shape the tone from smooth and singing to gated and glitchy."
