If your looking at these McPherson Touring models, then you probably already know what you’re looking for.  Please check my feedback.  I will tend to over describe and try to capture any flaws so there are no surprises.  This guitar sounds and plays fantastic.  The only reason I’m selling this is to purchase other gear that I need.  I also have the carbon fiber Sable model, so I didn’t play this one as much.  Never gigged.  I purchased this new in 2019 and it was kept and played indoors in a smoke free home studio environment.  Comes with all the case candy, and both the premium hard and touring soft cases, strap, slotted sound-hole plug (feedback buster) and an extra (medium) bridge if you want to change the set up (low currently installed).  You won’t be disappointed with this fine instrument.

This McPherson Touring Carbon Fiber White Honeycomb Pattern with Gold hardware is in excellent condition.  There are only some slight pick marks that can only be seen when holding it up to a light (see photos).  Those photos make it look worse than it is, you can’t see them without the light.  There is little to no fret wear.

This guitar is a work horse with style! Pairing the signature McPherson quality with the style and aesthetic of a carbon fiber construction, this one can do it all!

Leave it to Matt McPherson to make the best Carbon Fiber Series guitar on the planet!  You would not believe the warmth of this guitar.  You will swear you are listening to a wood guitar.  But you are not!  And this thing can take it all: bad weather, extreme heat, humidity, dryness and yes it can even get wet and you are not going to worry about his little baby.  Durability, design, and tone are what this guitar delivers!

The unmistakable shape, the perfect size and the exact spot on the guitar make it a McPherson. The real power of the offset soundhole is how it increases the flexible surface area on the central part of the instrument. Vibrations from the bridge travel across a longer unencumbered soundboard to increase sustain and resonance. Man can build complex sonic structures, but only the soul can tap into them.

With a sturdy graphite core, the necks remain straight through even the most drastic temperature and humidity changes. No need to ever adjust it! The specially-desgined cantilevered neck never touches the top of the guitar, allowing the top to resonate uninhibted and producing that pure, focused McPherson tone.

Specially-designed bracing system allows the sound vibrations to spread evenly throughout the top of the guitar with minimal physical contact. This allows the guitar to produce the most amount of sound with the greatest influence of tone and frequency.
