I purchased this bass from a friend who had it custom made a few years ago. I do not know who made it and there is no brand name anywhere on it. I was told by him that he purchased it as an “Eastwood” but I have no absolute proof of that, and since there are no identifying marks, I am listing it as custom made/handmade. However, if you know about Eastwood basses, this does look like one.
The bass looks and sounds great. This bass is large though and the case is even larger.
The bass is a purple Flying V, and is in excellent condition. Has cool moon phase inlays (they are actual inlays, not stickers). The neck is very playable and comfortable. Has 24 frets.
The case has minor damage on the back where coffee was spilled on it, but it only cosmetically effected the case.
The bass is 19 inches wide at the bottom at the widest point and is almost 54 inches long from the top of the headstock to the bottom of the bass. It is pretty lightweight to be as large as it is.
The case is almost 56 inches long and is 22 inches wide.
