With these Custom Editions, Eastman has earned its place among the most premier of guitar crafters in the world today! Assembled and custom-finished by hand in Pomona, California! This guitar takes the Premium specs and tonal qualities of the vaunted AR905CE and adds some truly game-changing modifications to take this guitar to an entirely new level of tone and playability! The exquisitely hand-carved, solid spruce top is perfectly matched to a hand-carved, solid and highly-figured maple arched back and sides! The select ebony on the matching headstock cap, fretboard, control knobs, bridge and tailpiece is simply stunning.  Add to that such high-end features as the Lollar Charlie Christian pickup, hand-wired electronics, switchcraft hardware, and incredibly well-dressed frets, and this is an heirloom-quality instrument that is practically without peer!

About the Lollar Charlie Christian Pickup Lollar's Charlie Christian style pickups are designed to give players a palate of rich, deep tones along with the singing sustain and sweet attack made famous by this jazz guitar legend. Just like the original Charlie Christian pickups, we use large coil 38-gauge wire to produce that big round tone retaining clear top end. Uses modern Alnico 5 magnets. Installed with a three-point mounting/adjustment system.

We ship most of our new items in custom-made, double-walled boxes, as many original manufacturer's shipping boxes are not strong enough to withstand multiple shipments and have already been used at least once to ship to us. As such, your item may not come in the original manufacturer's box. Direct Signature is required for delivery. We do our very best to ensure that your instrument arrives safely and securely.
