You've come across a Getzen Super Deluxe Trumpet dating from approximately the early 1960s. This Bb Trumpet features an art-deco style with a mixture of traditional yellow brass, copper and Nickle to create a generous warmth of sound when in performance. The valves have real key pearl touches and the mechanism is modern for its day. There are a many scratches, minor pings and dings with heavy wear on the metal in certain spots on the body of the trumpet. The exquisite engraving on the bell is luckily fully intact and highly ornate in nature. Our In-House Technician has adjusted the trumpet for General Playing Conditions and added new water key corks for the spit valves. The trumpet comes with a case and mouthpiece, too!
