RCA Portable Amplifier OP-6 Microphone Preamp with OP-7 mixer restored!

Fantastic combo here.  The legendary RCA OP6 with OP7 mixer.  The OP6 has been fully restored and has a 600/600 ohm T pad attenuator on the output so you can drive the stage V1/V2 and back off your send level to your recording medium for pleasing saturation / distortion.  The OP7 will be burnt in this week and likely recapped tastefully where necessary.  We will leave the old mallory caps in place no matter what and do all necessary work 'under the hood.'  If you'd like to arrange a time to listen to the units in person please message us if you are local to Brooklyn or close enough to visit!  

We have two more full sets of OP6/7 we're keeping for the studio that haven't been restored yet but need to raise some cash for our studio buildout.  We love these on guitar cabs as sub mixers that really make you decide on mic combinations and blending before hitting tape.  It's fantastic to use two close mics and a room mic on a cab and sum them down to one channel and then hit tape!  The other go to is a simple mono style drum setup with K,S,OH,Room or any four mics/positioning you can think of.  There's miles of gain and rubust character on these.  

There are a lot of talking points on these mixers but before we get too far we're not interested in splitting these up because they were designed to work in tandem with one another.
