This gorgeous P bass was made in 1988, the first runs from the new Corona plant, and were made in small batches by talented craftsmen. This one features rare Mary Kay translucent Blonde with Gold hardware. Everything appears to be original and it plays and sounds fantastic. Small scratches and dings around the corners and top as well as small indentations, slight warping of the pickguard, minimal fretwear. Includes the original pickguard shield under the pickguard. Truss rod works great. Weight is 8 lbs 14 oz !! The Rosewood fretboard is gorgeous, dark, and rich. The translucent finish shows the grain. The pickups and wiring appear original. The original case is not present but it will come with a nice hard case. No finish chips, and the neck finish is near perfect. There are some yellowed spots of finish from sun exposure. Overall a sweet guitar that is a pleasure to play and look at.
