This is a Gary Greenhoe tenor from the very early 2000’s that was built/converted from stock Conn 88h parts in Mr Greenhoe’s shop, pre-Schilke era.

It has a Yellow Brass Conn 88h bell that’s in wonderful condition - no dents or dings, the whole horn is excellent shape, there is just some minor lacquer wear at the hand grip.

The slide is a SL4747 with rose brass outers and a nickel crook that has been widened by the Greenhoe shop during the original build. The slide width is similar to a Bach 42 for those of you that like Conn bells but not the regular narrow stock slide. Fast and perfectly aligned, absolutely no wear on the inner slides. Comes with the original Conn S lead pipe and a Greenhoe GB4 #2 lead pipe.

The Greenhoe valve is in excellent shape, works perfectly and has both the normal brass cap and a lexan cap.

Both tuning slides move exactly as they should.

Overall an amazing horn, it’s one of my favorites, but I’m trying to free up some funds for a different horn I have my eyes on.

No case, but we can discuss including one for a few extra dollars. Please ask questions! Reasonable offers are always welcome.
