Give your Les Paul (or other guitar) an extra boost of cool with these vintage Gibson Speedwinder tuning machines. Designed with a flip out peg winder, they allow you to do string changes in record time without diving for your tech bag, and were included on fancier Gibson guitars from the late 1970’s to mid 1980’s. This set is finished in gold, and although they do have some mild patina one would expect of decades old gold hardware, they are in overall fantastic condition. We have not installed them on a guitar to test them, (Because our tech said we wouldn’t get them back!) but they do traverse beautifully and smoothly in the hand. We do not know the exact gear ratio of the machine heads. Listing includes ten gold set screws of unknown origin. See pics for full details, and feel free to contact us with any questions. Sold as a set only.
